In a logic of urban transformation, the project is integrated into the context by addition rather than substitution. The volume of the project adapts to its environment by generating spatialities formed by both the new and the existing.

The typology of housing, consisting of neutral spaces, guarantees maximum flexibility and multiplicity of uses. The corridors and balconies strengthen neighbourhood links and increase circulation and access to the dwellings.

A “low-cost” construction principle, based on prefabricated modular elements, is implemented in order to increase the flexibility and recyclability of the building while reducing costs.
